Alexander Semenovich played in the repertory company of V.F. Komissarzhevskaya, F.A. Korsha, N.N. Sinelnikova and others. In 1915-1916, the actor of the Voronezh repertory company, entrepreneur V.I. Nikulin. Chairman of the Voronezh branch of the Imperial Russian Theater Society (1915).
