Served on Greek fleet vessels and submarines and has held staff positions. Organized with other Navy officers movt. of Navy against the dictatorship. Arrested May 1973 and removed from service.
Returned to Navy July-November 1974.
Member of Parliament since 1974. Minister of Merchant Shipping 1974-1977, of Communications 1977-1980.
Deputy Minister of Defence since 1990. Commander.
