Background
Alex Kosh was born on 15 April 1983. He graduated from secondary school №796 in 2000. He studied well and probably could finish school with distinction if hadn’t skipped classes. However, he was up in the sky and didn’t bother about studies too much. The same thing with MGUPI, he could easily correct a couple of triples and get red diploma. However, laziness won again.
At MGUPI his specialty was blacksmith. If to be more exact "Specialist in metal forming". As far back as at university, he devoted several years to singing classes and participated in the "Poetry MGAPI" miscellany, and later in the Pushkin poetry festival. Not all in all those five years were vain, and subsequently he even managed to enter the postgraduate education. Unfortunately, he got tired of it quite fast, and thesis he did not write. Now he again works on thesis, but the subject of work is different — information technology.
His most persistent works are installer in television technical Center "Ostankino" (with elements of PROMALP), system administrator and journalist. Until recently, for a long time (more than 5 years) he worked as a typical lead programmer (Delphi, SQL, C ++, Qt, LINUX, etc.). Now his work is same, but it is part time though he can devote more time to write books.
Alex Kosh goes in for such sports as figure skating, hockey, karate (almost got yellow belt), kickboxing, martial arts (student's level), climbing (just for fun), tumbling (third adult category), bike trial, tricking, parkour. In general, the loves sport and practically lives through it, and trains every day. In addition to favorite acrobatics in all variations earlier, he was learning modern dance (hip-hop, new style, krump, house). Now he more engaged in fitness and weightlifting.
Over the past two years Alex entered the "Council of fantasy and adventure at the Union of Russian Writers ", became a member of the Union of Russian Writers, received the title of academician in the department of the Russian language in the International Academy of Spiritual Unity of Peoples of the World. Got a symbolic medal "For devotion to duty and fatherland", "FM Dostoevsky. For beauty, humanity, justice "and a commemorative medal" AS Griboyedov 1795-1829". At the "Silverkon" fiction festival he was voted "Best science fiction writer of 2007" and won the award for "Best protagonist" - it was Zachery Nikers from "fire" of series.
