Alexey Vasilyevich Tishchenko was born on March 18, 1942, in the Aleksandrovka, Voronezh region, Russian Federation.
In 1960, Alexey Vasilyevich graduated from Rossoshansk Medical School. In 1969, he graduated from the medical faculty of the Voronezh State Medical Institute.
In 1960, Alexey Vasilyevich began to work as a paramedic in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region (1960-1963). First, in 1973-1974 he was a physician of the Voronezh City Clinical Hospital № 17, and the, in 1974-1977, was the head doctor of this hospital. In 1977-1987, Alexey Vasilyevich continued to work as the head doctor of the Voronezh City Clinical Hospital № 2.
During the two years (in 1987-1989) Alexey Vasilyevich was appointed to the post of the Head Doctor of medical wings of the Heavy Mechanical Press Factory.
