Alexis Railsback, the reigning Mission Shawnee United States of America, was crowned Mission Kansas United States of America 2015 at the conclusion of the state pageant held on November 30, 2014 at the Maize South Performing Arts Auditorium in Wichita, Kansas. She was a Top 15 semifinalist in Mission Kansas Teen United States of America 2014 and 4th runner-up to Mission Kansas Teen United States of America 2013.
