Education common school and Iron City College, Pittsburgh. Musical education begun under father at 7 years of age. Later under Fedelio Zitherbart and Carl Faelton, Baltimore, 1884-1885.

Harmony under William Noelsch, Philadelphia, 1888.

Career

Organist Baltimore Cathedral, since 1892. Founded, 1897, and now director Maryland College of Music. Pianist Beethoven Quintette Club of Philadelphia, 1886-1887.

Composer of church compositions and piano music. Address: 1325 Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.
