Secretary, Honduran delegation to Peace Conference, Versailles, 1918. Founder (with Salomón de la Selva), magazine Panamerican Poetry, New York, 1918. Director, Diario Nuevo, Guatemala City, 1921-1922, El Cronista, Tegucigalpa, 1926-1930.

Founder and director, El Pueblo, Tegucigalpa, 1930-1932. At present, international commentator for daily El Popular, Mexico City. Editorial writer, magazine Futuro.
