Career
Served with the Princess Christian Hospital, South Africa. Member of Tariff Commission, 1904. Organised Industrial and Educational Commissions to Ainerica, 1902 and 1903 respectively, and Commission of several hundred School Teachers to United States and Canada, 1906-1907.
And arranged reception of 1000 Canadian and United States school teachers on a return visit to this country, 1908-1909. Knight of Grace of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem.
