1927 graduated Don Institute of Agriculture and Reclamation, Novocherkassk.
1927-1937 executive Party and society work in admin, of North Caucasian Kray and on USSR Council of Popular Commissar. 1937-1952 worked for USSR Academy of Science institutions: Botanical Gardens, Forestry Institute, Council for Coordinating the Science Activities of the Union Republic Academy of Sciences. Carries out ecological and physiological studies of adaptive variability during introduction and acclimatization of arboreal and bushy plants of southern origin.
