Treki has played a significant role in the creation of the African Union and participated in resolving a number of conflicts in Africa. Several universities in the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia gave Doctor Treki honorary degree of the Doctor of Science, and the governments of several countries of the world recognized his achievements awards.
