Ali Jaballah

Background

Ali was born on January 1, 1957 in Thrayet, Tunisia. Son of Mohammed and Aicha (Labidi) Jaballah. He arrived in Yemen in 1993.

Education

Ali studied at Tunis University in Tunis. In 1979 he became a Bachelor of Science. In two years he received a degree of the Master of Science. In 1987 Ali studied at Westfaelisch Wilhelms University in Münster, Germany. He became a Doctor of Philosophy.

Career

Ali worked as an assistant professor at King Saud University from 1988 to 1993. In this year he worked at Sana'a University. He worked there for four years. In 1998 and 1999 Ali worked at Waikato University. In 1999 he worked at Qatar University. He worked there until 2001. In this year he became an associate professor of the Qatar University. From 2001 to 2013 he worked at the University of Sharjah. Since 2013 Ali was a professor of the University of Sharjah.
