Ali Kosar, Turkish engineering educator. Achievements include first to investigate flow boiling in micro heat sinks; first to investigate cavitation enhanced heat trasnfer in micro heat sinks; research in heat and fluid flow in second generation microchannels; research in boiling instabilities in microchannels; design of second generation microchannels. Grantee Research grant, Turkish Science Council, since 2007, ASELSAN Inc., 2008.
