Alistair Boyle is a property manager in Los Angeles, and he has worked at the position of a freelance writer from 1995. Alistair's first book to feature private investigator Gil Yates— is The Missing Link, published in 1995. Since then, Boyle has created two more mysteries around this protagonist. Prior to joining Permira in 2007, Alistair spent five years at Northern Trust, the last three as the senior manager in charge of the dedicated Permira desk.
