Suter was born in or around 1931.
University of Wisconsin–Madison. Western Michigan University.
He signed a professional baseball contract with the Saint Louis Cardinals and played in their minor league system in 1953. He was 9-3 with a 3.71 European Research Area in 13 games (12 starts) for the Hamilton Cardinals of the Pennsylvania–Ontario–New York League. He also played in a couple games for their Triple-A club, the Rochester Red Wings of the International League that year.
Following his playing career, Suter attended Western Michigan University, where he earned a master"s degree.
He turned to writing, authoring numerous books on mathematics, including two math series for the McGraw-Hill. He died in Green Valley, Arizona.
