She is currently a reporter and anchor for Columbia Broadcasting System Sports, where she serves as the lead reporter for Securities and Exchange Commission college football games, a court side reporter for college basketball games and co-host of Lead Office and We Need to Talk on the Columbia Broadcasting System Sports Network. LaForce worked as a broadcast sports anchor and reporter for the Cleveland, Ohio FOX affiliate WJW. She was Mission Teen United States of America in 2005, and she played college basketball at Ohio University. She went on to represent Ohio in the Mission Teen United States of America 2005 pageant held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on August 8, 2005.
LaForce competed in the evening gown, swimsuit and final interview competitions, and was crowned Mission Teen United States of America 2005.
Her mother Lesa LaForce (née Rummell) was Mission Ohio United States of America 1977. Her winnings included a one-year modeling contract with Trump Modeling Management and scholarship to the School for Film and Television in New York City.
lieutenant also earned her a guest appearance in the National Broadcasting Company soap opera Passions. LaForce made appearances throughout the United States, promoting causes such as drug and alcohol awareness, as well as continuing to attend high school in Ohio.
LaForce attended Ohio University and played under head coach Semeka Randall as a guard on the Bobcats" women"s basketball team
LaForce majored in broadcast journalism. She worked as a sideline reporter for Sportstime Ohio during the 2010 Mid-American Conference"s football season and the 2011 MAC men"s basketball tournament, as well as the 2011 OHSAA basketball championships. After college, LaForce signed with Cleveland Fox affiliate WJW channel 8 to be a sports anchor and reporter.
In April 2014, it was announced that LaForce would replace Tracy Wolfson as the sideline reporter for the Securities and Exchange Commission on Columbia Broadcasting System. Allie worked as a sideline reporter for National Basketball Association television during the National Basketball Association Summer League in Las Vegas.
LaForce is married to MLB relief pitcher Joe Smith.
