Member, Executive Committee, National Conference of State Legislators.

Founder and Administrator, Michigan Legislative Black Caucus Foundation. Member, National Black Caucus of State Legislators. Professional career: Director, Oak Grove and Saint John African Methodist Episcopal Day Care, 1968-1969.
