Vice-president of the Municipal Council of Santo Domingo. Member of the Consultative Board of the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs. Member of the Executive Committee of the Columbus Memorial Lighthouse.

Professor in the University of Santo Domingo. At present (1933) Secretary of Labor and Communications.

Personality

Muy grueso y se distinguía por usar una gran pipa calabrés y en vez de automovil usaba un coche tirado por caballos.
