天野貞祐
He graduated from Kyto University.
He studied Western philosophy. After teaching at the Seventh Higher School (Kagoshima) and the Peers’ School, he became professor at Kyoto University (1931). He won his doctorate with a thesis on the Philoso¬phy of Kant. After the Pacific War, was appointed director of the First Higher School and Minister of Education in the Yoshida Cabinet (1950). He wrote some books on philosophy.
