Late F’eb 1920 elected secretary, Central Committee, Communist Party Georgia 1922-1923 worked in Moscow for Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and for newspaper “Pravda”. From 1924 again in Tiflis.
Secretary, Transcaucasian Kray Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee, then until 1930 head, Transcaucasian Kray Control Commission. From 1931 in Moscow with Centr Control Commission of Workers and Peasants’ Inspection. Then Bureau member, Soviet Control Commission, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Council of People's Commissar.
Delegation at 2nd Communist International Congress and at 11th and 15th All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congresses. Frequently elected member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics, Transcaucasian and Geo Central Executive Committee. Arrested by State Security organs.
