Since 1998 she played 102 matches for the national team of Canada. She has played professionally for the Atlanta Beat of Women"s United Soccer Association, and also played for the Montreal Xtreme and Laval Comets of the American West-League. Amy Walsh played her last season in 2009.
She gave birth to a child in January 2010.
