Cepinska, who stands 1.78 m (5 ft 10 in) tall, competed in 1996 as Mission Nueva Esparta in her country"s national beauty pageant, Mission Venezuela, obtaining the title of As the official representative of her country to the 1996 Mission World pageant held in Bangalore, India on November 23, 1996, she won the Photogenic award and placed fourth runner-up to eventual winner Irene Skliva of Greece.
