Career
Previously he managed Football Club Rostov. Baidachny made his debut for Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics on 30 April 1972 in the Union of European Football Associations Euro 1972 quarterfinal against Yugoslavia. In January 2010 the former Belarus national football team and Football Club Darida Minsk Raion coach has joined Football Club Terek Grozny, he replaces Shahin Diniyev, who already manages Terek"s reserves team
In January 2011 he was replaced at Terek by Ruud Gullit.
