Anatoly Grigoryevich graduated from National Aerospace University (1956).
Career
Since 1956 he worked at the Voronezh Aviation Plant, went from a shift engineer to the secretary of the party committee (1973-1975), Director of the plant (1975-1976). Since 1976 he became 2nd Secretary of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU. He took an active part in the construction of the Voronezh House-Building Plant, Rossoshansky Chemical Plant, Pavlovsky Mining and processing Plant and other facilities. In 1986-1991, he was the Minister of Local Industry of the RSFSR.
