安藤更生
He is a graduate of the Foreign Language School of Tokyo, and specialized in the history of fine arts in the Orient and history of commercial relations between Japan and Continental China during the reign of the Tang dynasty.
Served as ecu tor-in-chief with the “Oriental Fine Arts”, became chief of the editing section of the New People's Library at Peking (1938) and stayed there until the war’s end. After returning to Japan, he taught at Waseda University as instructor of history of fine arts. Accorded Ph. D. in 1954.
