Career
Manders came through at local side North Village Rams before joining United States college soccer team Iona Gaels for whom he played four years. He later moved on to the American Image Soccer Academy in Bradenton. In May 2011 he joined Capital City F.C.
In May 2012 he joined York Region Shooters
In February 2014 he joined English side Bashley but left at the end of the season to join Sholing.
Manders made his debut for the Bermudian national team in a December 2003 friendly match against Barbados and has, as of November 2015, earned a total of 14 caps scoring 1 goal. International goals
