Zaionchkovskii, Andrei was born in 1862.


Graduated from the Academy of the General Staff, 1888.


Took part in the Russo-Japanese war, 1904-1905, and World War I. Joined the Red Army, 1919. Army Chief-of-staff during the CivilWar. Professor at the Military Academy of the Red Army, 1922.
