The Right Reverend Andrew Donnan Smith was a suffragan bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut from 1996 to 1999, and diocesan bishop from 1999 to 2010.
Career
He was ordained to the diaconate on June 11, 1968, to the priesthood on March 22, 1969, and consecrated on May 4, 1996.
