The firm of Nilles, Hansen & Davies, Limited. dates from 1932 when Daniel B. Holt of Holt & Nilles was appointed as a District Court Judge. The remaining partner, Herbert G. Nilles, together with Lewis H. Oehlert and John Jay Nilles formed the partnership known as Nilles, Oehlert and Nilles.
