Devised methods of removing hydatid tapeworm from unusual locations, of treating alveolar hydatid tapeworm with formalin and of anchoring floating kidneys.
Developed new techniques of transabdominal mediastindtomy, diaphragmolomy and the radical removal of cardiac cancer. Designed several instruments for operations on the cardia and oesophagus and introduced high cerebrospinal sovcain narcosis. Wrote over 80 works.
