Career
From 1920 did Communist Youth League work, first in Nizhniy Novgorod, then in Donbas. 1921-1924 worked for Central Committee, Russian Communist Youth League, for Main Board of Professional Training and for collegium, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Education. 1922 attended All-Russian Congress on the Education of Adolescent Workers.
1923 co-founded l.icbknecht Higher Indiana Teachers’Training Institute, Moscow. 1929-1933 head, Main Board of Children’s Social Training and Polytech Education and collegium member, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Education. 1931-1932 ed, journal “Za politekhnichcskuyu shkolu”.
1933 worked for Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). At 17th Party Congress elected member, Party Control Commission. 1934-1937 headed educational group in this commission.
Organized Communist Youth League contribution to development of Soviet school system. 1937 arrested by People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs.
