Andronikos and Euphrosyne had nine children including:
Alexios III Angelos Roman emperor, married Euphrosyne Kamatera. Father of Irene, Anna, Eudokia. Isaac II Angelos Roman emperor, married firstly Maria of Montferrat and had issue.
Married secondly to Margaret of Hungary (daughter of king Béla III of Hungary).
