Konstantinova was scouted at a hair salon she used to work at in Melbourne. She has appeared on the cover of Covet and Pages. She has appeared in many editorials for numerous companies, including Vogue, Oyster, Jalouse, Marie Claire, Madame and Fashion Gone Rogue.
She has also represented Stylestalker, The Kooples, Urban Outfitters, Rusty, French Connection, Kahlo and Mad Love.
