Ann-Mari Sellerberg has been a professor of sociology at the University of Lund in Lund, Sweden. In addition, she has published on the position of women in the labor market, consumer behavior, medical sociology, and social psychology. Sellerberg is the author of "Women in the Swedish Labour Market in the Twentieth Century" (1973), "Konsumtionenes Sociology" (title means "Sociology of Consumption", 1977), "Avstaand och Attraktion: Om modets vaexlingar" (title means: Distance and Attraction: On the Changes of Fashion, 1987) and "A Blend of Contradictions: Georg Simmel in Theory and Practice" (1993).
Currently, she lives and works in Lund, Sweden.
