Career
She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the 50 m freestyle event where she ranked 49th. Hepler did not advance. Coached by her mother, Hepler has been swimming since the age of 2, and has been a certified Submillimetre Common-User Bolometer Array Diver since the age of 10.
She worked as a lifeguard and an assistant sports coach on Kwajalein, and is now a freshman at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
She is still swimming competitively for the Marshall Islands.
