Konstantina is a licenced psychotherapist and an accredited supervisor for CBT and EMDR. She created the concept of neoconsolidation of memories as a result of psychotherapy, and she does research on EMDR and Social Anxiety Disorder (a review), case studies on EMDR and Hypochondriasis, EMDR with a deaf patient with PTSD and how to implement EMDR in the academic psychotherapeutic education in the German psychotherapy course of academic studies. Her textbook about EMDR and Social Anxiety Disorder has been published in German in May 2019 by Klett-Cotta. She is the author of the EMDR worksheet for the treatment of Social Anxiety Disorder. Konstantina translated the Negative Self-Portrayal Scale (NSPS) by Moscovitch & Huyder (2012) into German for further research.
