Antonicheva was born in 1973 Baku and was a graduate of the Baku Ballet School.

Antonicheva was born in 1973 Baku and was a graduate of the Baku Ballet School.
She studied at the Moscow Academy of Choreography and by 1991 graduated from there.
The same year, she joined Bolshoi Theatre where she reprised roles in such plays as Hungarian bride in Swan Lake, Shireen in the Legend of Love, and Myrtha in Giselle. In 1997, she danced two characters in Sleeping Beauty and the same year danced as Henriette in Raymonda. She replayed Raymonda in 2003 and the same year appeared in Esmeralda which was performed at the Notre Dame de Paris and was produced by Roland Petit.
In 2006 Antonicheva appeared as Rita in The Golden Age ballet and in 2007 played as Medora in Le Corsaire and in Serenade.
