She debuted for the first time on television in 2008 with Enrico Mattei - L"uomo che guardava al futuro, where she played the role of Priscilla Leoni, an American spy. In 2009 she took part in an episode of the 7th season of Don Matteo.
She became very popular in 2010 when she got the role of Elena Giardini, the protagonist of the famous Italian television series Terra ribelle.
In 2011, she began recording the second season of Terra ribelle with the rest of the cast, which premiered on October 21, 2012. In 2013 she is the protagonist of the movie Mr.
America, directed by Leonardo, which premiered on November 7, 2013. In this film Favella plays the role of Penny Morningstar, a young and successful art gallery director
