From 1919 intern, Kiev Home for Crippled Children. After reorg of home as Kiev Children's Orthopedic Institute later Ukraine Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology head, BoneTuberculosis Department. From 1930 director Children’s and Adolescents’ Orthopedic and Traumatological Clinic, Kiev Children’s Orthopedic Institute.
1923-1936 lecturer, 1936-1937 associate professor, 1937-1941 acting head, from 1941 head, Chair of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Kiev Institute of Postgraduate Medical Training. During World War 2 head surgeon and traumatologist, various military hospitals in Kazakhstan Simultaneously, associate professor of orthopedics and traumatology, Chair of Hospital Surgery, Kaz Medical Institute.
Also lecturer, Kaz postgraduate medical training and specialization courses. 1944 resumed former posts at Kiev Institute of Postgraduate Medical Training and Ukraine Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology. 1951 received doctorate for thesis on 'The Open Correction of Congenital Dislocation of the Hip in Children and Adolescents”.
Member, cd council, journal Ortopediya, travmatologiya i protezirovaniye. Wrote over 50 works on various aspects of orthopedics, notably on the clinical aspects and treatment of bilateral coxitis, pcriarthrilic osteal foci of infection and the advisability of early surgical intervention in such cases. Developed and modified several methods of stabilizing the feet after infantile paralysis.
Devised improved method of open treatment of congenital dislocation of the thigh.
Religious books are outdated, because laws by nature have to change with the advance of societies and technology.
Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
