Anna Timofeevna Nikolaeva was a Soviet actress. From the 19th of August, 1952 until the end of her life Anna worked on the stage of the Kiev Theater named after Lesia Ukrainka where she played 80 roles.

Her grandfather, under the alias Zavadsky played in the operetta, her grandmother also was an actress and for some time her mother was an actress too. Ann`s father died when she was 2 years old.

Anna Timofeevna worked in theaters of Orel, Kishinev and Odessa cities. Since 1952 Anna was an actress of the Russian Theater in Kiev named after Lesia Ukrainka.
Among the main roles: Anna ("The Stone Guest" by Alexander Pushkin), Matrona ("The Power of Darkness" by Leo Tolstoy), Masha ("Three Sisters" by Anton Chekhov), Evgenia, Glumova ("Profitable Place", "Mad Money" by Alexander Ostrovsky), Melania ("Children of the Sun" by Maxim Gorky), Caesarea ("Until the cart has turned upside down" by Otar Ioseliani), Mrs. Savage ("The Strange Mrs. Savage" by John Patrick) and others.
