She competed at the pageant in Bangkok, Thailand on November 19, 2013 and placed 3rd runner-up. Ali who is also a professional singer and tv/movie artist is the host of the first-ever beauty queen reality television show in the Philippines,
Ali was 1st runner-up at the pageant with co-winners, Mission Universe Philippines Janine Mari Tugonon, Binibining Pilipinas International Nicole Cassandra Schmitz, Binibining Pilipinas Tourism Katrina Jayne Dimaranan, and Mission Supranational Philippines Elaine Kay Moll. She placed -3rd runner-up at the first-ever Mission Grand International pageant last December 19, 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand competing against 71 candidates.
She is the host of the first-ever beauty queen reality television show in the Philippines.
