Moved to Casa Grande, Arizona, 1921. Chief attorney for company and school districts, in Lyon Company bond cases, involving about $600,000 county and school bonds, claimed void because issued in excess of constitutional limit of indebtedness.
Cases decided 1891 to 1895, invalidating bonds. Drew up act, adopted by Arizona legislature, under which electric power from Roosevelt Dam may be utilized for pumping water for irrigation, also organized district, and $500,000 bond issue was unanimously voted.
