Anton Stanislavovich worked in Penza, Kaluga, Vyatka, St. Petersburg (since 1870). In the years 1884-1892 Kupinsky built сhurch in Voronezh province for his own projects. He built several churches on other people's projects, carried out repair and "renewal" of a number of temples. Summer wooden theatre in the mountain garden (not preserved), Mitrofanovskoe bridge over the river Voronezh (not preserved) have been built on Kupinsky’s projects and the building of the exchequer have been rebuild (1884-1892).
