Career
In the election, held on 3 April 2011, the Democrats for Andorra defeated the incumbent Social Democrats with an absolute majority making Martí Head of Government. Martí fought on an anti-income tax platform. On April 24, 2014, the Andorran "Consell", with the absolute majority of District Attorney, approved the establishment of an income tax starting in 2015.
