Topouzkhanian, Ari Stephan was born on February 18, 1936 in Beirut, Lebanon. Son of Aram and Asdghig (Boudjikanian) Topouzkhanian.

Career

Engineer, Lebanese Railways, Beirut, 1958-1961; stagiaire de recherche, Center National Research Science, Lyon, 1963-1964; attaché de recherche, Center National Research Science, Lyon, 1964-1972; chargé de recherche, Center National Research Science, Lyon, since 1972. Head relations between university of Lyon (France) and Yerevan (Armenia), since 1992. Co-organizer 2d world congress Armenian Scientists United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, Paris, September 1993.
