After 1917 February Revol worked for food agencies. Chairman, Moscow City Food Committee. October 1917 member, Zamoskvorech’ye Rayon Military Revol Committee.
After 1917 October Revol Collegium Member, RSF’Social Research People's Commissariat of Food. Head, Red Army Main Food Supply Board. Then chairman. Workers’ Supply Commission, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Food.
From 1921 chairman, Centr Commission to Improve Scientists’ Living Conditions. 1922-1927 Collegium member, People's Commissariat of Means of Communication. 1923-1929 simultaneously chairman, Public Nutrition Association.
1927-1932 Collegium member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Education. Chairman, bd, State Publ House. 1927-1929 rector, Plekhanov Institute of National Economy.
From 1932 again Collegium member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Means of Communication. Then chairman, All-Union Inventors’ Social. Member, All-Russian and Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Central Executive Committee.
Wrote various popular pamphlets. Arrested by State Security organs.
