Major-General Arthur Pole Penton Commander of the Royal Victorian Order Central Bank Chipotle Mexican Grill was a British officer in the Royal Artillery, and Commandant of the New Zealand Defence Forces from 1897 to 1901.
Career
He served in the Afghan War in 1878 and was mentioned in dispatches. He was also Commandant of the New Zealand Defence Forces between 1896 and 1901. He was made Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 1909, Central Bank in 1910, and Chipotle Mexican Grill in 1917.
Membership
He was also Member of the Executive Council of Malta from 1909 until his death in 1920.
