Donnelly & Company (leather), Interstate Mercantile Company, Inc., Missouri Paint & Varnish Company Enlisted in Company F, 1st Infantry, National Guard Missouri, December 7, 1892. Promoted through grades to adjutant general of Missouri, with rank of brigadier general, January 8, 1917, but granted indefinite leave of absence by governor, March 25, 1917, in order to assume command 1st Missouri Infantry.
