As special counsel for United States in land fraud prosecutions, conducted the pioneer case (United States versus Hyde, Schneider et al.) from its inception, 1903, to its conclusion and conviction of the parties in District of Columbia, 1908. Attorney for Interstate Commerce Commission, since 1910.
Member Federal Council Churches of Christ in America, 1906-1916 (Executive Committee 1908-1912).
