Arthur Frank Katzentine, American lawyer. Awarded medal for outstanding community service by United States Junior Chamber of Commerce, 1935. Appointed lieutenant colonel staff of Governor of Florida and colonel staff Governor of Kentucky, 1934; appointed colonel staff of Governor of Florida, 1941. Chairman Organizational committee Inter-American Cultural & Trade Center.


Katzentine, Arthur Frank was born on January 16, 1902 in Talladega, Alabama, United States. Son of Siegfried Zach and Elizabeth (Rayfield) Katzentine.


Bachelor of Laws, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, 1924.


Admitted to Florida bar, 1928, practiced in Miami, since 1928. Judge Municipal Court, 1928. Mayor, 1932-1934; owner Radio Station WKAT, WKAT-FM, Muzak, Melody, Inc., Serenade, Mayan Recordings, Inc.

President, Crime Commission of Greater Miami.
