He is now a licensed agent and is a partner with Libero Sports Limited Liability Company.
Narayan was invited to train with the India Under 20 national team in 2006. Narayan, along with Umesh Kaushal and Simran Singh, played with the All India Football Team in Goa. After retiring from football, Narayan went on to co-found, Libero Sports Limited Liability Company and is a licensed agent by the All India Football Federation.
